From August 24 to 26, the 2023 ICVS China Autonomous Driving Expo (referred to as "ICVS Exhibition"), sponsored by Shanghai Association of Connected Vehicles and Huamo Group, was held in Shanghai Automobile Convention and Exhibition Center. It is understood that this exhibition attracted 600+ exhibitors, 50,000+ professional visitors, nearly a thousand leading figures and elites to come to the scene, the exhibition is unprecedented.

As the leader of domestic automotive intelligent wire control technology, Trinova brought a series of wire control chassis products to the exhibition, which attracted wide attention.

Product breakthrough technology innovation is endless

At this exhibition, Trinova brought T-IBC (Onebox), DP-EPS, EMB, ESC, ESC Pro, EPBi, TBS, ADAS, T-DEPB and other heavy products to the show, a comprehensive display of technological innovation achievements over the years.

Among them, T-IBC (Onebox) is a new product launched by Trinova in 2023 and has achieved full mass production. Trinova T-IBC (Onebox) integrated wire control system solution, using decoupling braking technology, integrates the full functionality of TBS and EPBi, and has the advantages of smaller product volume, higher transmission efficiency, faster response speed, and finer control accuracy. Full support for high-level intelligent driver assistance ADAS functions. At the same time, the decoupled design allows the product to customize a variety of pedal feeling modes, which can effectively avoid the phenomenon of pedal shaking caused by the stability control function, and provide efficient and reliable driving protection for the driver and passenger.

In terms of steering products, Trinova's self-developed DP-EPS (double-pinion electric power steering system) has also made an important breakthrough. The DP-EPS features an integrated Powerpack design that allows drivers to more accurately control the direction of the vehicle. Compared with the traditional single-pinion electric power steering system, it has the advantages of high reliability, small footprint, and large output torque, and can meet the requirements of ISO26262 functional safety and Fail Operational.

The recently launched electronically controlled Mechanical Braking System (EMB) is also a highlight. Trinova Electronic Mechanical Braking System (EMB) uses a redundant design, dual power supply, main controller four-way CANFD, to support domain control architecture expansion. The system has a faster braking response speed, 30Kn clamping force time ≤140ms, main and secondary controller switching time ≤20ms, to provide customers with a better braking experience.

Double recognition brings two big awards

With the opening of the ICVS exhibition, the award ceremony of "Shining China ·2023ICVS China Automatic Driving Festival" was also held as scheduled. The award selection through the registration of auditions, online voting and expert review of the joint selection, is committed to finding pioneering enterprises leading the era of change.

Trinova won two awards of "China's Top 100 Autonomous Driving Enterprises in 2023" and "Autonomous Driving Innovation Technology Award" with its self-developed line-controlled chassis series products. The two awards represent the industry's recognition of Trinova's technological innovation capabilities, and further highlight the company's comprehensive strength and industry leadership.

Years of seeking to outline a new chapter of independent innovation

Trinova was founded in 2016, the core team from Tsinghua University, online control chassis field has more than 20 years of technology accumulation, and has a complete independent intellectual property rights. Trinova takes Beijing Yizhuang R&D Center, Tianjin manufacturing base, Hubei Yingshan Manufacturing Center and real car test field as the three strategic fulcrum, and has built a fully automated production assembly workshop with an annual output of 3 million sets, and has carried out large-scale supporting with many well-known car companies.

Trinova has been selected as a national science and technology enterprise, a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized new "little giant" enterprise, and won the first prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress, the third prize of Anhui Science and Technology Progress, Tianjin Invention Award, the independent ESC Technology strong base project support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the identification of Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center. It has also passed ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, ASES and other quality system certifications.
