Trinova eBooster System (TBS for short)

Introduction to TBS

TBS products are used in braking systems, replacing traditional vacuum boosting with electric boosting. The design is based on high efficiency, high strength, and long life. It adopts a motor, a reduction gear set, and a ball screw drive configuration. It has an adjustable foot feel. Brake boost, deep braking energy recovery, and support for different interface forms of brake-by-wire and other functions.

High efficiency, great power assist: transmission efficiency ≥ 90%, maximum boost output ≥ 14000N；
Long life, low noise: powder metallurgy process, nylon metal composite transmission, taking into account the life and noise；
Quick response and high safety: 10MPa built-up pressure does not exceed 200ms, anti-pinching, failure redundancy design；
Multifunctional and personalized: 7 major functions, adjustable foot feel, and support for various automatic driving braking interfaces.
